Lottery Secrets - Alternating Numbers (Part 5)

We have examined and discussed Ranging in terms of what WE set out to make our analysis easier, but there is also another quite seperate method of ranging which is already set out for us;

When looking at the past winning numbers for any particular lotto draw I like to seperate the combined results of the UK Midweek Lotto and the Weekend Lottery Draws and look at whichever I am planning for at that time. Whilst they combine to make what most people view as one individual draw, there are significant advantages at looking at them both independently and then in comparison with the combined results before making your final selections.

The example briefly looked at previously was on the bottom of the Past Lottery Results page and was for the combined results for analysis. The two short tables above illustrate the differences between the 2 lottery draws within the last 6 months and are of paramount importance to your selection process.

The tables illustrate the winning numbers in both draws being independently lined up in ascending order over a rolling 6 month period. Whilst there are generally no major changes on a weekly basis this is an important part of the process which I will change my lotto numbers for rather than play outside of the rule.

What you must do (using Wednesdays table as the example) is put your winning numbers into ascending order and ensure they meet the parameters of the table i.e. Your lowest number for Wednesday should be between 1 & 15, your second lowest between 2 & 29, carrying on up to the highest which must not be lower than 26.

It is a simple rule but one that is very rarely wrong. Of all methods to corner a phrase "You can set your watch by it!" Very rarely of course these will change, but for the rarity of it, it is almost worth discarding ones that bias the ranges too far away from the norm as "one off" events rather than to wait six months for them to be corrected naturally.
